If it seems too far from the sea to you, we have good news \u2013 the restaurant and more specifically its head chef Hristiyan Ganchev are coming to BlackSeaRama on July 22. The theme is Mediterranean Contemporary Fusion \u2013 we will present it to you with a magnificent <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blacksearama.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ona_menue.pdf\">author&#8217;s menu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hristiyan graduated in Culinary Arts at the Malta Institute of Tourism, International Management at the Paul Bocuse Institute and Gastronomic Innovations in Spain. He has worked in Malta, France and the USA in Michelin-starred kitchens. In Bulgaria, he was the culinary director of the capital&#8217;s Cosmos restaurant.
