Culinary moments: A Taste of the Alps

Good food gives a festive touch to summit celebrations and lifts the spirits during the autumn days in BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas. From the 1st until the 31st of October our Clubhouse Bistro will be the Alpine meeting point for good food lovers.

BlackSeaRama culinary team’s goal is not only to offer a fine dining experience, but also to take our guests to a delicious adventure through the Alpine cuisine.

Once comfortably seated by the fireside in the Clubhouse Bistro the journey begins with Green salad, Vitamin salad or Frittaten soup and continues with  the well-known main dishes Traditional cheese fondue, Roasted pork knuckle and Wiener pork schnitzel.

For dessert we have selected Plum sorbet, Sacher cake and Apple strudel.
