Chef Ivan Kirin is a distinguished professional on Bulgaria’s culinary scene and the long-serving Executive Chef of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas. He is renowned for his contemporary interpretation of local and Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong focus on terroir-driven ingredients, Black Sea fish, and signature recipes. Among his professional achievements is his contribution to the book 20 Bulgarian Top Chefs, where he presents his original culinary concepts. Guests can enjoy his tempting dishes in the seasonal menu of the Clubhouse Bistro, as well as at weddings and corporate events hosted within the resort.
The bistro caters to golfers’ preferences and offers a selection of dishes, light snacks, and drinks in the cozy ambiance of the Clubhouse.
Every dish on the menu is worth tasting and pairing with selected wines or cold beer after a round of golf. While immersing yourself in the beautiful sea view from the terrace, you can enjoy a drink and pleasant chat. The bistro is located in close proximity to the 18th hole green.
