Hristo Fillov

Hristo Fillov is one of the most talented young chefs in Bulgaria. Twice Chef of the Year, twice part of the team that won the Bulgarian edition of Bocuse d’Or. He worked at the Marinela Hotel with Petar Nikolov and Andrey Stoilov, then gained precious experience in the kitchen of Veselin Kalev at Zornitza Family Estate, before becoming Head chef at the fine dining restaurant of the Boutique Hotel at BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas.

In 2023, he entered the Andreas Caminada’s Fundaziun Uccelin program, which took him to Michelin-starred restaurants such as Schloss Schauenstein (3 stars) and Frantzén (3 stars), as well as the Peruvian Central, where he subsequently spent 12 months with Virgilio Martinez’s team.

Since the beginning of the 2026 season, he is once again welcoming connoisseurs as Head chef of the fine dining restaurant of the Boutique Hotel.

Boutique Fine Dining offers the best of world cuisine, the taste of terroir, and attention to detail. The menu focuses on dishes made with products from local producers – fish, mussels, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and artisanal cheeses. Advance reservations are required.

You can choose from an à la carte menu or a tasting menu paired with wine.
Guests staying in the resort’s villas have the option of private dining.

The Boutique Fine Dining restaurant welcomes guests for dinner from Thursday to Sunday 07.00 p.m – 11.00 p.m.
