ONÁ Restaurant is one of the popular and good reasons to visit Northwestern Bulgaria to discover some of the charm of this region. If it seems too far from the sea to you, we have good news – the restaurant and more specifically its head chef Hristiyan Ganchev are coming to BlackSeaRama on July 22. The theme is Mediterranean Contemporary Fusion – we will present it to you with a magnificent author’s menu.
Hristiyan graduated in Culinary Arts at the Malta Institute of Tourism, International Management at the Paul Bocuse Institute and Gastronomic Innovations in Spain. He has worked in Malta, France and the USA in Michelin-starred kitchens. In Bulgaria, he was the culinary director of the capital’s Cosmos restaurant. He is currently the head chef of ONÁ restaurant in the village of Stakevtsi.
